Sasthan Magnetic Strainers provide an efficient and Maintenance – friendly solution for separating metallic contaminants from process media. The integrated magnetic assembly continuously attracts and retains ferrous particles while allowing uninterrupted fluid flow.
Sasthan Magnetic Strainer is designed to remove ferrous and magnetic particles from Liquid process lines using high – strength magnetic elements. It protects pumps, valves, flow meters, seals, and other downstream equipment by capturing metallic contamination before it enters critical systems.
Ideal for applications where conventional strainers alone cannot remove fine iron particles
Working Principle
Process fluid enters the strainer body and flows across the magnetic assembly. Ferrous Particles are attracted and retained by the magnetic rods while clean fluid passes through the outlet. During Maintenance, the magnetic assembly can be removed and cleaned easily.
