Efficient Filtration for Critical Industrial Applications
Sasthan Engineers Inline Conical Filters are designed to remove weld slag, rust particles, debris, and unwanted solids from pipelines to protect pumps, control valves, flow meters, compressors, and other critical equipment. The conical design offers large filtration area with low pressure drop, making it suitable for both temporary commissioning service and permanent installation.
Working Principle
Fluid enters the pipeline and passes through the conical perforated/mesh element. Solid contaminants are retained inside the filter element while clean fluid continues downstream. The conical shape increases effective filtration area and reduces blockage frequency.
Material of Construction (MOC): SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, Carbon Steel, Duplex SS, Super Duplex SS, Hastelloy.
Mesh Material: SS304 Wire Mesh, SS316 Wire Mesh, Wedge Wire (Optional).
