Cartridge Filter
Efficient Filtration for Critical Industrial Applications
Sasthan Engineers Cartridge Filters are engineered to deliver consistent and reliable filtration by removing suspended solids, fine particles, contaminants, and impurities from liquids and gases. Designed for high efficiency and easy maintenance, our cartridge filter housings protect downstream equipment and improve overall process performance. Available in single and multi-cartridge configurations, our filters are suitable for low to high flow applications across multiple industries.
Working Principle
Fluid enters the filter housing through the inlet connection and passes through the filter cartridges from outside to inside (standard arrangement). Suspended particles are retained within the filter media while clean fluid exits through the outlet. As contamination increases, differential pressure rises and cartridges are replaced or cleaned based on application requirements.
Material of Construction (MOC)
Housing: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, Carbon Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Hastelloy (on request)
Cartridge Media: Polypropylene (PP), Pleated PP, Melt Blown, Polyester, Activated Carbon, Stainless Steel Mesh, PTFE, Glass Fiber.
Gasket Options: EPDM, Viton, PTFE, Silicone, NBR.
